Whether you’re looking for somewhere to indulge in all kinds of leisure activity or simply want a beautiful environment in which to relax — this is the place for you! Auchrannie Resort can offer you the best of both worlds with a variety of eating and drinking options all on your doorstep, while its location — close enough to walk into Brodick, but far enough away to feel secluded — is sure to set you at ease from the moment of your arrival on the beautiful Isle of Arran.
A true resort, guests can choose from two very different accommodation styles. The House Hotel is in the traditional country house style, complete with roaring log fires, comfortable sofas to disappear into with a wee dram and a good book, and is set within delightful grounds. Alternatively, stay in the stylish and modern Spa Resort that boats luxurious, state-of-the-art bedrooms and executive suites that have their own hot tubs and individual balconies! Wherever you choose to stay you can take advantage of the full range of resort activities and services available.
A number of activity options are available to keep both children and adults happy. Each has been carefully crafted to ensure that guest experience is exceptional for single travellers, couples, and families alike. Play areas for little ones, a ‘teenager zone’ with games consoles, and a computer room ensure that youngsters are happily occupied and, elsewhere in the grounds, there’s even a separate Playbarn — a three-tier soft play area where parents can supervise the children at play.
Guests who are looking to get outside and explore the island will not be disappointed as Arran Adventures are on site to satisfy even the most demanding adrenaline junkie. Their experienced team can whisk you away on a gentle Segway tour or, for those who are a little more adventurous, river kayaking, gorge walking and more!
After all this activity, we encourage you to take a dip in either of the hotel’s two 20-meter swimming pools, (there’s a separate pool for children and families) and enjoy a massage in the Espa spa, before winding down in the tranquil relaxation room. If you still have energy, there are two well-equipped gyms to choose from — one in each hotel.
Guests may dine in any of the resort’s three restaurants. The calm environment of Eighteen69, named after the year the house was built, offers a mouth-watering range of Scottish tapas; Brambles Seafood & Grill offers up the very best of Scotch beef and local seafood; and the Cruize Bar & Brasserie offers a modern menu alongside traditional favourites.
Auchrannie Resort is not just a hotel: it’s an experience. Go once and you’re sure to be back!
