    In this valuable category where guest spend (not to mention hotel investment) and expectation is high, our highly-qualified judges will consider every aspect of the hotel’s spa (which must be such and not merely a leisure club). Décor and atmosphere are vital first impressions but we will look at the details: active safety, including water-tests by us; the range, quality and professionalism of treatments and those products used; plus facilities such as relaxation rooms and the diversity of features. We will look from both the male and female guest perspective and judging will include analysis of packages available, including pamper days, sports treatment and value for money. A spa experience is deeply personal and this award goes only to an exceptional establishment that wins our trust.
